Ordering

Please follow these steps:

1. Download the order form
   • Right click on the link and select  Save Target as   (PC) or Save Link as (Mac)
   • You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to read the form
2. Save a copy of it to your computer, putting your last name into the filename
3. If the website form is open, close it.  If you are unsure, just close the website (all windows). This is very important so that you are entering your data in the form you have on your computer.
4. Open the copy you just saved on your computer.
5. Edit and save the downloaded form.
6. Email the completed version to    order@g4grads.com

To avoid problems:  Download the order form to your desktop and close the website.  Then start filling in the form to ensure you are working on a local copy on your own computer.  You cannot save your information in the online version of the form.
